These terms cover AIUsageWatch and this website, provided by Guiix. Updated 4 October 2026.

Using the free app

AIUsageWatch is a free native macOS app. You may install and use it without an AIUsageWatch subscription fee. By using the app or website you agree to these terms. Use them lawfully and do not interfere with the website or other users.

Your provider accounts

You are responsible for the accounts, credentials and access permissions you configure. Only connect accounts you are authorised to access. Your use of Claude, Codex, Cursor, Grok and any related provider tools remains subject to those providers’ terms, plans and charges. The app is an independent Guiix utility and is not endorsed by those providers.

Readings and automatic requests

Usage figures depend on provider data, local files, permissions, network availability and refresh timing. Saved or historical readings may be out of date. Different providers use different allowance units and periods. The app does not promise that your next request will be accepted, calculate an authoritative bill or increase your quota.

When a live Codex weekly reading is 100% remaining, AIUsageWatch can send a small request to start the weekly window. This consumes a small amount of your provider allowance. Read the starter behaviour before use; repeated attempts can occur after relaunch or manual retry.

Availability and compatibility

Public release is in preparation. Compatibility and provider connections can change as macOS and provider services change. We may update or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, Guiix does not accept liability for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
